And from what I can tell you've done a stellar job and are one of my favorite posters for a host of reasons. Certain people seem to want assurance that you aren't getting a free pass; so they can now rest assured. In other news...

I bow down to both your courage and decisive nature. I thank you profusely from afar. Thank you for making a move here. We were taking on water and you started the pump if only for a couple or three hours to give the ship a fighting chance to right itself.

Technically though, and you know I don't like arguing , and I would never presume to argue with anyone for days, and certainly not weeks, months or years , much less would I do so for an entire decade, , what you are calling a 3 hour ban was once called a suspension.

Totally appropriate given the situation, I'd say. I'd love to see suspensions brought back.

Order of events: I said quit bringing vulgarity from Paradise to Terrestrial. I specified A-Mike because he was the only one doing it. A-Mike did it more. I edited out the vulgarity from a couple posts. So of course, he posted more vulgarity. So I deleted the next one; the next one; the next one; then I had stuff I had to do, and realized given past history, this could turn into a vulgarity explosion in Terrestrial, so I banned him for a few hours.

I told you guys he was good. I wasn't lyin'. He's very intentional, decisive, even handed, and he doesn't care who he's moderating. Which is exactly what we need. Thank god, I mean the Flying Spaghetti Monster, that he took the initiative and in doing so, gave you all an example of his work.

Shulem, I like you man. I do not know much about you, but I like the passion you have for those stupid ass papyrus things or facsimile things. I like that you can be a bit disruptive and that you can do so with real content. I like that you laugh.

I nominate you for moderator of the lesser worlds. I voted for a moderator out of respect for Shades and his need for some personal care at the moment. I like your style.

I just ask that if someone quotes a post that was not moderated that you do not then moderate/edit/ban the quoted post and leave the original one to slide through because it was your buddy.

Well, thank you for your kind words but I must conclude that I am not moderator material. But that's not to say I don't have good things to suggests from time to time.
