I think it's about time for that yawn :)

Poster # rundown:
NQM=800 or so
Bond=140 or so
Gramps=250 or so
Sono=60 or so
Zippy=30 or so

So not exactly a ton of posting going on by the exiles.

Anyone know if Tal Bachman was banned in this latest purge?

I was banned in the November purges. I had a total of 14 posts in 7-8 months. My last several posts were on the subject of a possible mistranslation about the virgin birth. I had posted on it then nothing for a month. I then read of the Nov purges on this board and went to check it out. I found that I was banned.

The only reason I was banned, was the fact that I posted here.

Oh well.

I got the last laugh. MAAD board has become the punchline in a horrible censoring joke.

In the last month I have gone there once.

MAAD, and it's pack of faithful jackels, is so unimportant to me that I don't even follow the posts here that are based on MAAD threads. Their faithful attack mentality is a sign of a church that is in decline in so many areas.

I guess I concentrated an awful lot of evil into my 24 posts. Quick - avert your eyes from the evil oozing emanating from my evil head!

Maybe my post backing up RenegadeofPhunk's admiration for the movie Aliens was the tipping point. Or maybe it was correcting Bluebell's misstatement of facts regarding the HPV vaccination. Or maybe I shouldn't have agreed with gramps and bach. You can see how naughty I was.

Sorry - I guess I'm still a bit disgusted by the whole thing. I really did try to comport myself civilly and with respect. Obviously the mods don't try to do the same.

You got the axe for posting here. You could register as zippy 2.0 and never post once, and they'd still ban you probably (under the pretext that you're using the search for someone or something).

You're probably right. I suppose I just would rather have been banned on the merits of my posts over there (although there would have been no reason to do so), rather than my association with any other boards. Lame asses.

It stings when you get booted off with no warning and you didn't even do anything to deserve it. It's one thing to get booted when you deserve it (I probably deserved to get booted from ZLMB long before I was actually banned, and maybe in retrospect, starting a thread about the sexuality of LDS men was a bit much for Pac to take... but the Pickle did nothing to be banned for, except for the unfortunate problem of being me. I suppose that's grounds enough all by itself for some people) Meanwhile posters like Pahoran and Hammer are still posting. It stings. But after a while, when you realize that all the interesting conversations are taking place somewhere else, the sting goes away. But initially, it stings.

Actually the Dill Pickle is alive and unbanned. Just noticed it today.

*blink* How strange. Because this is what I get when I try to access the board:
You are not authorized to view this page

My IP is banned from even reading. So is my work IP. If I want to read (as a guest), I have to check it out from a hotel room or from the Sweet Pickle's computer (we are a two-IP family).
