yeah, i know what you mean.

In fact, i don't know if you have been on this board long enough, but im one of those people that where literaly kicked out of home onto the street by my own parents due to my questioning. So i know all too well the kind of things they will do to a threat.

Yep, isn't kicking your own child out of the house part of "the pure love of Christ"? Do you have any kind of relationship with your parents? That would be difficult.

We talk now and then. But its not much of a relationship to speak to any length about. I get along pretty well with my biological siblings. I try to avoid my step-siblings. (long story short, i nearly made a literal murder attempt on one of them)

Wow, I had no idea. My siblings are pretty boring:

1 TBM sister married to a BYU professor
1 inactive brother
1 exmo sister who converted to Judaism
And me, the evil anti-Mormon. LOL

Yeah, i have 15 siblings, 3 biological, 12 step. (from....5-6 marraiges If I recall correctly)

What made it really difficult (and later made me very proud of myself for sticking to my guns) was that i had been kicked out only months after moving here to utah. I had no car, no friends, and all the relatives where of my step-father. So they where TBM's on his side of the argument. It was also on my birthday no less in the middle of winter.

What did you end up doing?

I was homeless for a while untill i could scrounge up enough funds and find an apt. I was literaly dumped on the streets of payson with all my stuff. To say it sucked would be an understatement.

That'll teach you for leaving the church. Seriously, I can't imagine what your parents were thinking. I have an 18 year old who wants nothing to do with the church, and although my wife is upset about it, she wouldn't think of doing something like that.

"he isn't going on a mission, he isn't as active in church as he could/should be, i know he isn't dating right now so its not some girl, he must be an apostate that we should just quietly remove so that he doesn't influence his influential siblings."

That's scary. I'm sorry you have to deal with people like that.
