I would like a pastrami sandwich and fries but would pass on the orange drink.

All this obsession with food makes me hungry.

Classic. And yet, it presents a dilemma. Does he eat the sandwich? Or does he use it for illumination? Or… Perhaps he eats it, and it lights up his stomach like it’s a jack o’ lantern, and then *that* is the source of illumination?

by the way: I predict that these latest pieces will *not* appear on SeN.

Cam's link between Abinadi and Morgan was right on.

As for the food portrayal, I find it to be quite generous. In my research, the bucket of KFC extra crispy chicken or the pizza is still healthier than the banana smoothie + big cinnamon roll. And healthier than the chicken fried steak plus onion rings. It's going to be tough to find a meal that tops that one.

Thinking about those onion rings a little more: I've seen giant plates of them at small-town bar-like restaurants and know exactly what he's talking about and why upon arrival he said, "You boys going to help me with these?" But imagining myself in that situation, what I can't imagine is anyone taking me up on the offer. Maybe one or two people I know who I would unlikely be at lunch with would jump in. But what's striking about this story is that the whole group was "all-in" on finishing that plate of rings. In fact, it seems like the situation was one where each member of the group was likely counting the number of rings the other members were taking and worried about getting shut out.

So if Stake President Chung or anyone else who knows how to find art on the web happens to know of a picture of a band of apologists gathered over a giant pile of rings and greedily "sharing" them, feel free to post it. I'd like to see how the subject matter is represented by a real master of the craft.

It should be noted that dunkin’ donutson has claimed:
And, by the way, no Interpreter Funds were used … in connection with this trip.
1) It’s weird he felt so paranoid about the monies he used to fund his latest ravel blog entry that he declared, without solicitation, that all’s good in Zion.

2) How could anyone possibly know IF funds weren’t used since HIS WIFE manages the ledgers?

3) Who in their right mind would trust a man who routinely plagiarizes sources without their proper citation or credit? He’s a fundamentally dishonest man, so why is obliged to unquestioningly believe anything he declares to be true?

- Doc
Peterson's trip to the UK is part of an organised Bountiful/Interpreter Tour that participants have paid for. His theatre tickets might not have been paid for by Bountiful/Interpreter funds, but his flights and his food and his lodgings during the tour part, probably have been paid for out of the tour costs paid to Bountiful/Interpreter by the other attendees. According to the tour itinerary participants (and therefore Peterson) will get
INCLUDED
13 nights hotel accommodations
Meals as specified in the itinerary
Deluxe air-conditioned motor coach transportation
Taxes on included services
Entrance fees for items not listed as optional
In addition Peterson will get his return airfare covered as well. Presumably Mrs Peterson has paid the full tour cost price and her own air fare, like the other non hosts attending the tour.
Premise 1. Eyewitness testimony is notoriously unreliable.
Premise 2. The best evidence for the Book of Mormon is eyewitness testimony.
Conclusion. Therefore, the best evidence for the Book of Mormon is notoriously unreliable.

Try reading some other threads. If you're only reading topics about DCP and ones that mg comments in, you're missing some very interesting discussions.
