No, from your posts:

You're right, Molok. It's not like LDS have been directed to "Share Your Testimony with the World" at General Conference numerous times, or in countless other publications. Or anything like that. :ugeek:

Molok, I'm pretty sure most LDS would find your equating the sharing one's testimony to "dancing like a trained monkey" highly offensive.

Then there are the other rhetorical jabs aimed transparently at getting a rise out of me:

No worries, Mak. Not disappointed at all. I understand. When I was young like you I probably lacked the same courage. It will come as you grow older. Courage, and a lot of aches and pains.

Mormons: judging other Mormons righteously since 1830.

Mak, thanks for not doing to me what you allege I did to you.

Everybody Wang Chung wrote:What is? What are you talking about?

I'm talking about your last ten or so posts.

Everybody Wang Chung wrote:But when you call me childish and immature and ignorant, it is a valid defense? Say what?! Holy double standard, Batman. :geek:

Yes, because you're actually being childish and ignorant (see above). Despite what appears to be your claim, it is possible for one person to act childish and ignorant while another person does not. If they both accuse the other of being childish and ignorant, it is also possible for one to be correct and the other not to be. You're the one posting childish and ignorant rhetoric. I am not.

Mak, do you realize just how childish you sound? :ugeek:

No, I don't post juvenile rhetorical jabs just for fun.

Gunnar wrote:Maklelan has also made it clear that his current job is contingent on his remaining a faithful, believing LDS in good standing. As long as that is true, given his obvious intelligence and what he obviously knows about the origins and history of Mormonism, I simply can't help taking his claim of being fully believing LDS with at least a tiny grain of salt. If I were in his position earning a livelihood for my family that depended on convincing my employers that I believed something I had serious doubts about, I am honestly unsure about what I would do.

I've been on this board for more than three times longer than I have worked for the LDS Church. Suddenly my job is the only thing keeping me in the Church?

I agree, Gunnar. It's almost like I'm looking in the mirror at a younger, less intelligent and much less attractive version of me.

"You're immature, stupid, and ugly." And you won't even acknowledge that my criticisms were perfectly accurate. Troll level: 9000.

Well, that and your wife and kids. But again, we are all guessing here even though we've given plenty of opportunities for you to share what keeps you a member. It would be easier to get it first hand from you, but the best we can do is track down your ward members and ask them per your request.

You mean just like you've dodged our questions? :ugeek: Or is it different when Mak dodges?

And this folks, is Exhibit A on why Mak will never be taken seriously.
