The first couple of days of posting on spirit paradise I was contacted by posters from this forum, the terrestrial. Told point blank that no matter what I said I would be ganged up on and that they would try to run me off. One terrestrial poster said that the posters in spirit paradise were following their own made up religion on spirit paradise. A couple weeks in, I had another poster warn me to GET OUT!! That the toxic environment was bad for my health. Before me and cultellus it was subgenius and Ajax18 being used as the whipping boys. The only thing different today is I haven't given in like all the other whipping boys before me. I've used their tactics against them and Lem is upset. She's mad because I've posted pro conservative threads to equal out the Trump bashing threads. She and Jersey are upset because I attack progressives as much as the Fab 5 attack Trump and conservatives in spirit paradise. They want their ECHO CHAMBER back.

Hi Ceebs, the problem is that every person who trolls has a rationalization for his behavior. Sometimes they have one when they decide to troll. Often they create one on the fly depending on how people react to them. Sometimes they change their rationalization as the trolling progresses. Sometimes they out themselves as trolling, only to continue trolling in a different form. But the purpose is always the same: to disrupt the forum by derailing threads and provoking people to react emotionally. And that's what I've seen from the two posters you're referring to from the beginning. I'm not sure how far back you've read the posts, but I read lots and that's my evaluation. I won't pretend it's "crystal clear." But I don't believe for a heartbeat whatever rationalization they may be currently selling.

So what you're saying is me and another poster are trolls and at the same time you're fine with Doc cam, schmo and Icarus calling other posters cxxts, mother fxxxxrs, Nazis, axxxoles, idiots, retards and so on? You're also fine with them constantly calling Trump's supporters names and constantly saying anyone who would vote for Trump is an idiot? And I guess if I push back by using the same tactics I'm a troll and they're not?

If you've read anything I've posted, you know that I don't play whataboutism. If you can't defend your own behavior without referring to someone else's behavior, then you should reconsider your behavior. I thought we all learned "but Timmy did it first" is not an excuse for bad behavior in elementary school. I meant exactly what I said, and posters other than you and Cultellus have nothing to do with what I said.

His/her motives and purpose for partaking in this community is to challenge this community. This new member is calling out bigotry. Standing against bullies. Pointing out the intolerance. He/She is criticizing this community for allowing certain people to post whatever the hell they want directly and only based on who it is that is posting.

At the end of the day, no matter if you agree or disagree with the these challenges and criticism that are being placed on our table, I believe it is healthy for a community to at least consider what it is that is on the table. And now you know!

Wrong!! I've admitted here and on spirit paradise that my behavior has been of a complete axxhole. I've been completely honest why I acted like I did. Basically five posters on spirit paradise created an echo chamber and anyone with a different opinion was insulted personally til they became so uncomfortable they left. I used their tactics to insult them back and now they're upset. I've offered 8 times now to stop the insults, 1 time here and 7 on spirit paradise. Crickets!! They just want their echo chamber back.
