I love these kinds of posts. Ask about substance and respond with no substance. Thanks for a good chuckle. :-)

I think his posts generally have a great deal of substance, and I always read his posts.

Since he's male, he also has "life-giving substance," at least according to BKP. ;-)
A Little Factory??? I dunno, the prospect of Scratch being ethereal does tweak the imagination.

Let me put it this way: I am quite sure that plenty over on the ironically named FAIRboard do indeed think that I was never given a body of flesh and bones.
As to whether or not I am merely some fluctuation within "The Matrix", as it were, I refuse to say. Moreover, this smacks of an ad hominem, or "straw man," (or would that be "virtual man"?) attack. ; )

Can one make an ad hominem against an anonymous person? After all, the term means, "to the man."
Wiki:
An ad hominem fallacy consists of asserting that someone's argument is wrong and/or he is wrong to argue at all purely because of something discreditable/not-authoritative about the person or those persons cited by him rather than addressing the soundness of the argument itself. The implication is that the person's argument and/or ability to argue correctly lacks authority. Merely insulting another person in the middle of otherwise rational discourse does not necessarily constitute an ad hominem fallacy. It must be clear that the purpose of the characterization is to discredit the person offering the argument, and, specifically, to invite others to discount his arguments.
By definition, Mr. Scratch is not a person; he's just posts on an internet board. He could be multiple people. He could be computer-generated text.

Same could be said for Plutarch.
You know who I am. I have identified myself many times. Posting psuedonymously is not the same as anonymously. Or do you not know the difference?
