New Mormon Stories Podcast--Adventures of a Mormon Author

Post by _mormonstories »

Hey ya'll. A new Mormon Stories podcast is out--I interview Christopher Bigelow, author of Mormonism for Dummies, The Mormon Tabernacle Enquirer, and founder of the sugar beet. He talks about a lot of stuff, including how hard it is to get a book published in the LDS book market, how little you make even if you are successful, and how the acquisition of Seagull and Covenant by Deseret Book makes things even harder for authors.

He also worked for 7 years as a writer for the Ensign, so it's interesting to hear about about his time inside the church.

Check it out if interested.

I've known Chris since he was our intern at the COB many years back. Will have to listen to the podcast when I have a moment.
