This is an instant classic. Check out this letter to the editor published in Provo's
Daily Herald (link below). It appears the writer is more concerned about what the woman is doing to the Church's image than what happens to her family. If anyone needed evidence that, for some TBM's, the Church comes ahead of the family, this is it. Enjoy!!!

In the process of not forgiving her family publicly, the kidnapped bride has made a mockery of LDS beliefs, BYU and LDS leaders.
The letter writer forgive the bride since that's what Mormons believe in doing, or is mockery of LDS beliefs, BYU and LDS leaders the unforgiveable sin?

That surprised me a bit. My view of Utah Country Mormons is that they would be chomping at the bit for retribution for the parents interfering with a Temple Ceremony. It is good to see that I am perhaps mistaken in this assessment. Forgiveness and mercy are indeed what should be happening.

Man, talk about having your entire world bass-ackwards!
You have a couple of parents who commit FORCIBLE KIDNAPPING, but it's the VICTIM who's making the LDS church look bad??
That guy really needs a frontal lobotomy.
