Andy Reid is LDS and the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles; Sikahema is a former Eagles player (and LDS bishop) and now a Philadelphia sportscaster. Reid and Sikahema both played football at BYU. Recently, two of Reid's sons were involved in well-publicized car incidents (one had an accident and the cops found needles in his car; the other, in a case of road rage, waved a gun at another driver). Below is a link to an article written by Sikahema of his "personal view" of the incidents.

I find it disturbing that this bishop would write such an article...or maybee not.

He is insinuating that this might not have happened if these little punks went on a mission.

Hmmm

I'm curious how much time these poor kids ever got to spend with their dad.

Between coaching an nfl team, and the demands of being an active LDS, there probably wasn't too much.

I thought he was pondering if it was the "glitz and glamor of the NFL life" that had contributed to this. If this were on a test, I think this would be the correct answer.
