OK, guys....Let me apologize in advance for starting a personal thread, and hashing up FAIR crap again, but since I'm banned over there, and Juliann is talking trash about me, I really need to set the record straight.

This is her current comment on MAD, for those who can't read the board over there:

I would love to read this supposed PM's/emails, because I have NEVER denounced my belief in the gospel of Jesus Christ. And I think that those who know me here can vouch for that.

Do I have problems with polygamy? Yes...and I addressed them both here and at FAIR. As a matter of fact, the thread I started on FAIR regarding polygamy was the most respectful, longest running thread dealing with the topic of polygamy in the history of FAIR!

Do I have problems with some of Church policy? Yes...That's why I feel comfortable posting my concerns here rather than FAIR/MAD, because at least here I won't get my head bit off.

Juliann---if you're reading this....You are a cold, bitter person. I pity you.

I thought you were a genuine friend, and you betrayed me. You refused to listen to what I had to say, and accused me of personal and professional impropriety.

Go ahead and publish personal messages which were conducted between Who Knows and me. Publishing private conversations just shows what a low life you really are.

And, I'm sure you will edit and spin things for everyone's entertainment and for your own rediculous purposes....whatever they might be.

I could post a thousand of DP's sarcastic self-deprecating quotes, and if you didn't know him or the style of his posts, you'd think he was an unintelligent morgbot, and a coward. Like this for instance:

Just a warning of how posting something out of context can be completely misleading. I have a request. Could someone who is able to copy the post of Juliann's about Liz please put it on this thread so I can reply to it? I cannot copy and paste with the computer I am using. Thank you if anyone is willing. It is a post where she references moderator communications.

Liz came in with a bang...immediately wanting to infiltrate Dr. Shades board....she was already posting there and wanted to set up a sockpuppet. She was told no and wouldn't drop it. She also was the one pushing to contact servers to shut down message boards she thought we didn't want around. (Another board was violating our copyright by posting pages, skin and all.) She was told no to that, too. So it is kind of funny that she "infiltrated" to mod status on the very board she wanted to put out of business. Hopefully, she has found the side she really wants to be on. These are posts from the moderator folder, they aren't emails so they aren't private. I'm going to do this so that it is clear how different the stories become when they get going on MDB. When Liz started spreading tales on multiple message boards after outing all of the mods....and posting private emails I cached a page with her actual words on it for comparison.

Why are we banning Kevin in the first place? Has he been inflammatory? I guess I haven't read that many of his posts. I know he disagrees with people a lot...but I haven't read him actually flame anyone.

Just curious.

There are several processes Kevin could be referring to as far as tunneling IP addresses go. Do you want me to go "incognito" on Mormon Discussions and see if I can find out exactly what process Kevin is talking about? Or is it moot with what Daniel has already done?

From a legal standpoint, if we just deal with the cease and desist issue from his hosting company, they only have the power to prevent it from the site that he authors. (I do, however, think that this should be done. The hosting site getting involved is the fastest way to clip his wings. It will also really tick him off! )

If we cc Kevin on it, then legally, we have informed him that he can't infringe the copyright law by posting partial threads from FAIR on other sites such as Mormon Discussions, etc.

I just had an epiphany. Why don't we email Shades about the copyright infringement? If we really wanted to get nasty, we could go through Shades' hosting company!

I would like to address a few things here as far as sequence, etc. First of all, for the record, have I EVER revealed the names of the old FAIR board here? I have no idea what she is talking about. Have I made "educated guesses" about the new MAD mods? Yes...but she is stating here that I posted a "who's who" list on Shades' board. Shades? Anyone who was on both Shade's old and new boards? Have I posted such a list to this day?

As far as Dadof7 goes....I never betrayed his trust. Were you guys aware he was one of the Mods? Also...he and I exchanged emails after the whole incident regarding the banning, and we are on good terms. I congratulated him on his new job, and even gave him some tips on his resume. So much for "betraying" Dadof7.

As far as the whole copyright issue, and dealings with Kevin's board and Shades' old board....What Juliann conveniently left out of that thread conversation is that both Juliann and Dan went into length telling me about how both Kevin and Shades had violated copyright laws, and was causing possible legal problems for FAIR. My comment, taken in context, was that, if this is really going on (which at that point, I had no reason to doubt that it wasn't...I foolishly TRUSTED Juliann and Dan at this point.), and you really want to do something about it, here are some ways to proceed.

OK....this is interesting. Notice that Juliann has conveniently left out Daniel's(Dan G) response. It was at this point that I learned all about the IP banning process which he was feverish about(and, obviously still is).

Again, my loyalty at the time was with FAIR, and I honestly believed by what Juliann and Dan had told me that Kevin and Shades had both been abominable in their behavior, and that they needed to be stopped or FAIR was in danger of facing legal ramifications. After I had been banned from FAIR, I had a chance to actually have a conversation with Kevin, who gave me the full story. It was one of the reasons I said "yes" when he asked me to help him moderate his board. I gained a true respect for Kevin, and I saw how utterly bizarre the story I had been given by Juliann and Dan was. Kevin, after all, had actual documentation to back him up!

First of all, notice the time differences listed. It's obvious that there is conversation here being left out. Since I didn't bother to save any of the threads, I can't quote what went on, but this gives you an idea of what Juliann is up to.

You can also note by what I bolded, that Dan did, indeed gain supreme entertainment out of blocking IP's and redirecting threads. (And yes, I do regret showing him how to do the redirect. I think I mentioned that on the old board.)

As far as my offering to find out where the bypass was happening, what you didn't see in the thread conversation...and..it honestly could have happened in PM...I really don't remember now...Dan was all for my finding out what I could, since he was painstakingly blocking as many IP addresses as he could, and engaging anyone else who knew what they were doing to help. He even suggested that I use a different user name than my liz3564 ID to do it.

Again, at the time all of this was going on, I honestly thought that FAIR was playing by the rules, and being legitimate, and that Kevin and Shades were both being underhanded in their tactics. I think they can both tell you that I openly admitted to them that my assumptions based on what I had been told by Dan and Juliann were obviously wrong.
