A suggestion to the Owener/Admins/Mods...

Disable guest posting and enable Admin verification of accounts. Kill the Goat storm we just had and keep those pill/porn spammers out of Old Testament.

I'm starting to like this place, so let's keep the trash out. Thanks much.

I already did. It seems to not be working.

I'll contact Keene, the technical guru and owner of the site and inform him of the problem.

I agree with you about the trash. Unfortunately, we seem to have garnered some pretty vindictive enemies.

Another idea is to institute a zero spam/trolling policy and authorize Admins/Mods to delete blatent spam/toll posts.

Problems I see with this.

A. Define spam. What? Your definition differs from mine? How do we then justify deleting my comments but not yours?

B. Define "troll". I want all of Plutarch's posts deleted for trolling. Wait, doesn't Wade think the same about mine? Hmmm. What are we to do?

Personally, I think it works just fine as it is.
