Practical Reformed Egyptian

Post by _moksha »

When you first approach Reformed Egyptian, usually you walk away scratching your head and wondering to yourself, "What does it really say to me in this digitalized era?". Knowing a little practical Reformed Egyptian in these instances can be very rewarding. With that in mind, I will help to translate the facsimile below with the help of my ray-ban lenses. If you have an alternate translation or more facsimiles, please feel free to share them.
Image Translation corresponds with the numbers:

2. The girl with the antennae pats the sneezing Pharaoh on the back.

1. The Pharaoh covers his mouth and nose to sneeze so as not to spread airborne pathogens.

3. Somebody put some black pepper in the room humidifier as a practical joke.

4. The Pharaoh's daughter with romance on her mind.

5. The hunk who has the affections of the Pharaoh's daughter.

6. The wide eyed Bruce, who is part of this Egyptian love triangle. He wishes to be reformed.

What's sad, is if you give a dedicated person enough time, I'm sure they could find connections to ancient egypt.

Rebanned? Hmmm, that would sort of be like deja vu all over again.

Six degrees of Hugh Nibley would be rather easy for anybody who knows Dr. Daniel C. Peterson.

3. A man slips into the victim's bedroom while he sleeps.
2. The intruder carries a feather to tickle his sleeping victim.
4. While being tickled, the victim tosses and turns, dreams a dream, and empties his bladder in his bedclothes.
1. Juvenile decorations in the bedroom indicate the victim still lives with his parents.
10. More tacky decorations -- the victim really needs to grow up. This bedwetting should be a turning point.
5-8. Stuffed animals under the bed.
9. Stuffed alligator.
11. Shag carpet.
