How do I go about finding out who is sealed to who in the Church? My husband is pretty pissed off that his son was sealed to his step-father a few years back. He was surprised to find out that LDS required parental permission from both parents before this could be done.
So, how does one find out this information? Thanks.

That's a tough question, if you can't get the information from the involved family members.
The only thing I can suggest is calling Greg Dodge who is in charge of member records in SLC. He's the person that exmormons usually contact when they want to affirm their names have been removed from church records. Of course a clerk in his office could help, probably - IF, that is, and I don't know the answer to this - they are willing to give this information. I do think your husband will probably have to make the call.
Here's the contact information:
Member Records Division, LDS Church
50 E North Temple Rm 1372
SLC UT 84150-5310
801-240-2053 - Phone
801-240-1565 - Fax
1-800-453-3860 ext 22053 - Toll Free

We hate to seem like we don’t trust every nut with a story, but there’s evidence we can point to, and dance while shouting taunting phrases.
