Who is "Mr. Scratch"?
Who is "Mr. Scratch"?
Time to turn the spotlight on you, "Mr. Scatch". The noble defender of all things anti-Mormon. One thing I have noticed about "Mr.Scatch" is that he's not very well informed about Mormonism in general and I've been surprised at some of the things he's been ignorant of. My hypothesis, at this stage, is that "Scratch" may never have been a Mormon at all, but someone who has closely followed Mormonism for many years, and like all of his other lies and exaggerations he's feeding this line about wanting to "reform Mormonism" from the perspective of an outsider who hates "Mormon absolutism", indeed, all things Mormon.
How posters on this board can tolerate an anonymous poster like this, with all of his vile personal accusations, without question, merely because he mouths criticisms of Mormonism with which they agree, is beyond me, for people who criticise "blind obedience" in Mormons. So I ask you: WHO is "Mr. Scratch"? Do the anti-Mormon sycophants ever ask this?
Here is a "man" (could be a woman, for all we know) who comes on here refusing to reveal anything about himself, his personal beliefs, his history, his family, or about his identity, yet launches into tirades of abuse about known public figures! And you, "questioning people", accept all of this? Don't you think it's about time you stated asking who this vociferous critic, rumour-mongerer, and personal slanderer is?

And I imagine that you currently accept President H. because you know him so intimately.
And all those dinner parties with Professor Peterson.
Since, obviously, only a moron would accept someone without knowing everything about them, especially in a media outlet. . . . So tell me, Ray, how many times have you and Gordon been fishing together? Block party? Hell, have you even seen him in person at a distance of no more than 15 feet?
Shenanigans.

Another unquestioning sycophant of "Mr. Scatch"? Unless you know something I don't? So tell me, Bryan, what do you know that no one else on this board should know about the hate-monger?

You give your religion way too much credit. If you've never been a Mormon, you don't give a crap about it, except to maybe say things like... "aren't they those crazy polygamists like on Big Love? Yeah, what a bunch of weirdos."
As for the rest of your message; unlike Mormons, I accept people for who they are. Sure, sometimes I question what Scratch has to say, just like I question everyone else, but why would I not accept Scratch? He's a fellow human being, and Christ wants us to accept everyone.
Wait... maybe you're the one who doesn't know your religion very well. Maybe you've never been a Mormon! Hmmm... who is Ray A...? He sure says a lot of stuff to turn people off Mormonism. He's a vile anti-mormon! Quick, run for the hills!
God belief is for people who don't want to live life on the universe's terms.

"Unlike Mormons". You are so full of hypocrisy I don't even know why I'm replying.

Ask anyone who has communicated with me who I am. They will tell you. My name is prominently displayed on my emails, and my screen name is an abbreviation of my real name. "Mr. Scratch" the liar, has actually said that his real name is - Scratch. If you believe that then you're another dupe, but it's obvious you'd rather believes LIES than the truth - IF it suits your sordid anti-Mormon views.

LOL... That's right Ray. I'm a hypocrite. I know it makes you feel better about yourself to think that, so if I just say it, I'll have made your day, huh? Heaven forbid that you should be the biggest hypocrite on the board, right?
(Here's a little tidbit of information for you: I was just joking, talking like a Mormon. It's called irony. I think it's stupid to paraphrase some mythical dude as though he's real. Maybe you should try a writing or an English course so you can learn to recognize such things).

Here's a newsflash for ya... I don't care who you are. You might as well use a screen name, for all the interest I have in who you really are.
I don't know anything about Scratch, but I enjoy much of what he chooses to write, and also agree with a lot of it. So what? I don't believe everything he writes like it was a prophecy or something. What sane adult would believe anyone claiming a prophecy or general authority?
Oh wait...
lmao

Go ahead, backpedal like the hypocrite you are.

Yes, yes. A sycophant. I hang on his every word. I even started the Mr. Scatch [sic] fan club. I log in to every forum I've found every couple of minutes just to see if he's joined and started posting.
Seriously, oh intellectually superior one. . . is sarcasm beyond your ken?
I don't know a damn thing about Mr. Scratch, other than you seem to have some kind of intellectual STD over him. I enjoy his posting style, for the most part and I disagree with a lot of his conclusions but respect them as being his.
So. . . answer my questions. How many times have you had dinner with Pres. Hinkley? Been fishing with him? How well do you really know him, since you seem to accept him carte blanche, and according to you, only a fool would accept someone without knowing everything about them.
Cut the rhetoric and answer the simple questions. I have faith that you can do it. . . but I shouldn't, should I? Because I don't know anything about you either.
