Congratulations to GIMR for achieving Godhood!

Post by _Dr. Shades »

Today, Saturday July 07, 2007, at exactly 4:15 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, our very own GIMR, short for "God Is My Refuge," worked out her salvation (after all that she could do) and was crowned with a mantle of exaltation, thereby achieving Godhood! Woo-hoo!

If anyone has anything nice to say about GIMR, now is the time and this is the place to do so.

So, what do you have to say, GIMR? SPEECH! SPEECH!
"Finally, for your rather strange idea that miracles are somehow linked to the amount of gay sexual gratification that is taking place would require that primitive Christianity was launched by gay sex, would it not?"

What? I became a goddess? Wow...

I wasn't even aware of the effort.

I would like to thank Shades, for making the journey possible, and Liz, for all the moral support. I'd like to thank Ray and Cog for providing me with their heads as soapboxes. Thanks to Moksha for being my friend all these years. I'd like to thank Nehor for posting his cute picture, and Jersey Girl for her penchant for playing the devil's advocate, so that all sides of a discussion can be seen. Thanks to my resident athiests and agnostics for providing the religious world with their refreshing perspective. Thanks to Juliann for banning me so I could find someplace better to go. And I know I'm leaving a lot of people out, but I love you anyway.

I'm such a nut. Must be the meds. :P

OMGIMR!

Congratulations on your exaltation! Anyone who can pull off a line like this:

"Juliann is on crack. Plutarch is her supplier. Enough said."

and make me laugh like ya did, definitely deserves a dancing banana to call her own!

Edit: For MADites reading the board, no I don't think Juliann abuses drugs. I like the line. Geez.

Congrats GIMR! This place wouldn't be the same without you. You are one of my favorite posters and I have appreciated your input. :)
