Hello Tech support? The chat room SUX!!!

I guess $50 does not go far these days...

You get more than six chatters in the chat room and the performance drops..

*sigh*

I too wish to complain......I've been thrown out quite a bit lately.

If it's a technical support issue, Keene is the one to contact, since he's the official tech. guru of MormonDiscussions.com.

I suggest sending him an e-mail via his profile, since he's likely to see one of those far, far sooner than a PM.

I don't know why you paid for it. I have the same exact chat program installed on mine and I didn't pay a dime.

I am pretty sure my host provider offers more bandwidth than this, so if you guys want, you could always go over there whenever it freezes up here.

It is the same exact format/background.

I'm not gonna complain about the chat room. It would be in my best interest (I need sleep) if it always crashed.

I have a question though. When you look at "who is online" sometimes it shows guests as posting and checking their pms. Is this the hidden users? Although sometimes the number of hidden users and guests don't add up. What's up with that?

"Guests" and "hidden users" are two different things. A "guest" is simply a surfer who hasn't registered an account.

Right. I know that. On the "who is online" page it has guests that are checking their pms and posting messages. So, are those hidden users counted under the guests label on the "who is online" page?

How does a Guest check a PM? Sometimes it says that when you click on "Who is Online". Is that just a system flaw?

The numbers don't add up either sometimes. This morning (or last night?) I looked on that page and there was 1 hidden user and 5-6 guests checking pms and posting messages.
