So how are some of these words pronounced? This thread comes about due to some horrendous pronounciation by yours truly during Skype talks (ask gramps....I can't say these words to save my life).
Pahoran---is it PAH-OR-ANN or PAY-ORR-AN?
Cinepro---SIGN-PRO or SIN-E-PRO?
Helaman---HEE-LA-MAN or HELL-A-MAN?
Other weird words that are hard to pronounce that I didn't think of right now....

I pronounce Pahoran as Pah-or-an
Cinepro as Sin-e-pro
and never thought about Helaman... although I'd pronounce it as Hell-a-man.

When I read Cinepro's name, in my head I always here "Sin-Pro." I like it that way cuz it makes me giggle.

My seminary teacher pronounced it "Pay-hor-an" with the stress on the first syllable. I hear that pronunciation every time.
Cinepro. I hear it was "sin-uh-pro" for some reason.
And it's "Hee-la-man."
Now try and pronounce "runtu."

I think this is correct.
But try these trickier ones:
Juliann - JOO LEE ANN
DCP-Runtu - DEE CEE PEE RUN TOO (an alternate Star Wars Character)

Well, the DCP part was pronounced correctly, but not the runtu part. :)
