Utah had a Porn Czar from 2001 to 2003. Since cutting out the office we now find out Utah subscribes to internet porn more per capita than any State in the Nation.
Is this all the fault of Mike Leavitt, former Governor? If the State still had a Porn Czar would the numbers be less? Or did having a Porn Czar make more aware it was available?

Do you have a cite for this? I'm wondering if it's something you read or have been told without following through on verification.

Are you saying the good men and women (and teenagers) of Utah refrained from viewing porn only because the government was paying someone to ... do what? What exactly did the czar do?

I think it is reasonable to conclude that had Brigham Young access to the Internet he would not have taken so many wives to fill his lustful desires. He could have satisfied some of his cravings with Internet porn rather than bring all those women into his harem to be abused. One can only imagine the sad cries of those women that were given to that awful tyrant.
