I think there is more truth in your little joke than you seem willing to admit.
eschew obfuscation

Re: Apostates what age
I went inactive at 21, almost immediately upon return from my mission. I stopped believing when I was 28.
Re: Apostates what age
I stopped believing when I was 28, when I was pregnant with my 5th child, but I continued to attend because my DH was on the Bishopric and I was worried about our marriage surviving my disbelief. DH and I both stopped attending when I was 33.

Re: Apostates what age
I am still a Mormon.
I have stopped going to Sunday meetings and doubt the existence of God but I still am LDS.
And according to the Church records the Church thinks so too.
When ever the Church publishes its membership figures I am part of that number, which is in an official Church publication, so my membership status must be doctrinal.
Who am I to argue?
In answer to the OP I stopped going to Church 30 years ago, around the age of 25.
My apostasy didn't start until 10 years ago when I started reading Church history.
