Josephine Sessions said Sylvia mentioned, she mentioned her daughter was Joe's
Josephine's mention got scholar's attention, and Sunstone can't leave it alone
Dialogue grabbed it, and Signature blabbed it, so baptisms they might postpone
And the anti-Mormon says Joseph sure scored and I just don't get it
CHORUS:
Please Mrs. Sessons we just got to talk through you
We'll only use you a while
Please Mrs. Sessions we just want to tell you
We tried
Josephine's Mother, we can't find another, another so useful today
Our lips are smacking, could Monson be packing, could Bednar be running away?
Plural and marriage, like a horse and a carriage, will make us all NOMs come what may
And the anti-Mormon says Joseph sure scored and I just don't get it
CHORUS:
Please Mrs. Sessons we just got to talk through you
We'll only use you a while
Please Mrs. Sessions we just want to tell you
We tried
Josephine's useful and we hope we're not too cruel, we're riding the bracketed train.
Critics are festive, and the NOMs are progressive, and Sylvia won't see what she framed
And middle way Mormons in the great spacious forum, said "Joe, don't you try it again."
And the anti-Mormon says Joseph sure scored and I just don't get it
CHORUS:
Please Mrs. Sessons we just got to talk through you
We'll only use you a while
Please Mrs. Sessions we just want to tell you
We tried
Tell her we tried
Please
Our faith has died

Translation: Droopy has nothing because the evidence is pretty solid for Josephine. Nothing to see here. Move along.

Translation: white flag (and no sense of humor).

I have a sense of humor for things that are funny. Bad music parodies are not.
White flag? Hardly. I wonder where this meme started that unless there is a proven child of Joseph Smith, he never had sex with his wives.

Its called "evidence" Bob. Conjectural speculations based upon conflicting or inconsistent non-empirical historical evidence/documentation may point in the direction of possible future research or to modest, tentative inferences, but not to solid conclusions.

I actually thought it was pretty fun. There's nothing wrong with seeing things through the lens of humour - Droops, you should use your funny bone more often!
Josephine's Mother, we can't find another, another so useful today
Our lips are smacking, could Monson be packing, could Bednar be running away?
Plural and marriage, like a horse and a carriage, will make us all NOMs come what may

Brilliant prose Droops.

Thanks Baz. Coming from you, that's quite a compliment.

Which explains why you so adamantly deny that Joseph had sex with his polyandrous wives. There are statements that clearly suggest (but don't prove) sexual relations in the polyandrous marriages, but I haven't made solid conclusions. Have you?
Let me ask you, what is the evidence that the polyandrous marriages were not marriages in the sense that the "standard" plural marriages were? You seem to believe that the default position is that they were not consummated. What evidence makes you assume that?

Well, if we're gonna get all serious....
Droopy, if I accept that Joseph did not even attempt to have sexual relations with anyone other than Emma, doesn't that mean Joseph flagrantly disregarded the whole reason why God allowed him to practice plural marriage in the first place? (To raise seed)
