If a picture is worth 1000 words, here is a new 1000-word LDS allegory.
It's a bit like the non-fictional prophet Zenos' coherent and not-at-all-rambling Allegory of the Olive Vineyard from the Book of Mormon, but this one is written for our time and place, rather than the nineteenth century American frontier.
