"Sexual Stupidity"vs BYU rape

I just finished watching Dr. Carol Tavris (social psychologist) presentation. She is not a conservative, she is a feminist and a Skeptic. Her presentation was published by Shermer's Skeptic.

I am now questioning the claim that BYU has a rape culture, is there any evidence that rape in BYU is a common problem? I am not asking about allegations.

Dr. Carol Tavris quoted Sandy Banks, "We do our children no favors by making sexual stupidity a capital offense. It doesn't educate men or rescue women; it just turns naïve and awkward college students into perpetrators and victims."

To clarify again I am against rape, but not "sexual stupidity".
