Lehi's granddad might have been a toker?
Circa 2700 years ago, about 680 BC, ancient people in the Kingdom of Judah may have gotten high off cannibis. Hot damn! That could explain a lot, especially if they find evidence of use of hallucinogens.

Hmm, so what do you think it would explain? The extensive corruption of worship which was seen by writers in the Old Testament? Sloppy shepherds? People snoozing off in church? Higher levels of consumption of potato chips?

I think you may have stumbled on to how the myths about Moses and Abraham were created. The authors were high as kites.

Paranoia feelings let to spinning up myths about a devil. The munchies leading to food being "spiritual." Lackadaisical attitudes.huckelberry wrote: ↑Mon Jun 01, 2020 3:31 pmHmm, so what do you think it would explain? The extensive corruption of worship which was seen by writers in the Old Testament? I think peoples imagination and storytelling work as well, usually better, when not stoned. People have plenty of possible fears with or without weed. Perhaps I can see something in the munchies.Holy Ghost wrote: ↑Mon Jun 01, 2020 4:47 pmParanoia feelings let to spinning up myths about a devil. The munchies leading to food being "spiritual."
