William Schryver Laments Losing Four Of His Best Friends

Mopologist William Schryver's Twitter is a crazy mix of conspiracy theories, delusions, far right-wing propaganda, extreme hate for the U.S. and devotion/love for Putin. It is one of the most insane places to visit on Twitter.

William recently sent his 4 best friends a few selections of his rantings. William hasn't heard from any of those friends since then. Gee, I wonder why they would cut off any and all contact with William after receiving his unhinged, hate-filled and conspiracy laced writings.

Clueless as always, William seems genuinely perplexed why his friends would cease contact with him.

All four abruptly ceased further communication with me.

No explanations; no replies; no farewells.

Huh. Two people from southern Utah and two fellow Mopologists weren't interested? Did he remember to first remove his ban on all IP ranges not known to be associated with Russian bots?

Did he say which articles he sent? Certainly, It wasn't the one I read about him picking up his grandchildren juxtaposed with the genius of Putin attacking Ukrainian water infrastructure and schools. Seems to be a conservative theme; bragging about your own family while rallying behind the destruction of other people's families.

So yeah, kind of a mystery.

I always have to give DCP credit for standing up to the kind of toxic beliefs that Schryver has fallen into. Dan supports Ukraine, vaccines, and despises Trump. I hope he has had some effect on his fellow Mormons to snap them back to reality.

Schryver though seems completely lost.

But what's the reasoning? I mean I'll take it. Anyone who sees the guy is bad news is probably right at some level. But has he dropped any particular complaints? The comments I've seen revolve around Trump's rude mannerism, his populism (vs. Mopologist elitism), and feigned Christianity while obviously not a believer in any way. All good points, but if it were one of his slicker henchmen with better ties to Christianity, would project 2025 be just dandy? It's possible his libertarian roots go deep enough to object on less superficial grounds than I'm guessing. The guy who runs one of those libertarian online rags he likes (American thinker or something) hangs out with Sam Harris and bags on him all the time.

I love that for him.

Yea, but Dan supporting Ukraine and vaccines, and despising Trump doesn't quite to fit well with water-witching Dan and Dan's unflinching support for the musings of a 19th Century conman. Reality?

He has an obvious prejudice to his ridiculous religious beliefs. If Russel Nelson told DCP he had a revelation that Trump was the second coming of Christ, DCP would fall in line.

It’s dumb. Dan says that atheists are dogmatic, when the reality is that Dan is handcuffed to the absurd and atheists are not.

It is interesting to me that Nelson is leading the Church down the path of silent complicity with Trump, the same way it did with Hitler back in the 1930's. Nelson hasn't spoken out on moral issues caused by Trump's machine gun of bills. So Nelson (and therefore the Church) is already actively supporting Trump by staying silent.
