For those that attend any religion's services, pick up to three.

I find now there are little boxes to check that was not the case earlier today.
I still do not find a place to vote to sing and pray so I checked sermon which may or may not be found to be valuable. In fairness, I have heard valuable sermons from time to time.

Maybe not the LDS Church, but other churches can have inspiring sermons.

A couple of years ago we stopped attending the liturgical church in which we had been stalwarts for ages, looking for somewhere less conservative. Ironically the place in which we have settled since then is if anything more conservative in its official teaching. It doesn’t expect everyone to go along with everything, though, and the pastor is a really good preacher. I often listen to his sermons with my own context in mind, but I feel that this is what one is supposed to do with sermons in general. I consistently come away with new thoughts that encourage me to be a better person—not in the sense that they urge me to do better, but that they help me see ways that I can actually do it. So far the things I think of doing even seem to work out not too badly. So it all seems worth the time. I look forward to going.

I feel like my #1 reason isn't on here---to worship God. "Religious obligation" could be an approximation, so I checked that.
I have attended the same church since 2009, and now I teach Christian formation and occasionally preach there. Christians are meant to worship God, to read the Word together, to teach one another, to pray together, to help one another, and to be in community with each other. All of these things happen at church, and all are among the reasons I go.

The options presented were those polled by Pew Research in 2018.

I think your poll reflects the reality I observe, that most people are there for religious community, or to avoid familial conflict.

So you're going to church regularly?
