UK Church spends virtually nothing on Humanitarian Aid during 2019

Within its published accounts the Church declares the following on the Humanitarian Aid line:
Balance as of 1 January 2019 - £3,767,000
Incoming resources (donations) - £510,000
Expenditure - (£25,000)
Balance as of 31 December 2019 - £4,252,000

Note, this is the same year the Church in the UK bought an office building for £103,000,000
