I've noticed that conservatives have been even nastier than usual lately. It must have something to do with the Democrats being so close to taking back power. I, for one, felt like the weight of the world had lifted after the elections. And if the rumors of Hillary and Barrack running on the same ticket turn out to be true, and if they take office, I will dance naked in the streets! (okay, not literally, but I will want to!)

Coggins7, could you expand on your theory that anybody other than your beloved Bush is responsible for the way the rest of the world currently sees the US? I'm curious.

Just for fun, you should listen to "When the President Talks to God", a song by Bright Eyes. That Oberst kid is so insightful for his age and is a pleasant reminder that the next generation has shaken off a lot of the shackles and will get down to solving the real problems in the world.
