I thought is quite astute of Droopy to use the word Makers instead of the word Givers.

Makers are those of the Fortune 500. They are those who control the means of production. Takers are those required to take crap from the Makers in order to keep their jobs.

I agree with Hugh Nibley that if we could invent a machine that could measure word the idea that capitalism rewards those that deserve it would collapse in days.

Suffice it to say, the "makers", those who tend toward a cooperative, productive, independent relationship with their fellow citizens are, following Peter Schweizer's book, in general, conservatives and libertarians; those on the right. The takers, those who tend to a dependent, parasitical relationship with their fellow citizens, are "liberals"; those on the Left.
