The business case that would best work for the ladies is: "Ordain women or we don't pay tithing or fulfil callings."

If I were LDS, my campaign would be to pay a half-tithe and give the other half to a women's charity of some kind.

You treat us like half-people, you get a half-tithe.

In Hungarian, the language expresses this correctly.

The "~ság, ~ség" suffix in general is the equivalent of ~ness in English.

(b) Can create abstract nouns as well
anya 'mother' + /-ság/ > anyaság 'motherhood'
egész 'whole' + /-ség/ > egészség 'health'
