Why would a policeman suspect a young black man hanging out in front of some nice homes might have illegal drugs on him? Why does such a stereotype exist?

As soon as I see from the main page that Ajax has started a thread, all I have to do is click over to Brietbart to know what he's going to say before I read his post. It is usually going to be the piece dealing with reverse racism or some crap.
