Looks like Ford was successful in removing the trucks. The bridge is now blockaded by police.
Turns out that this was not actually about the flow of traffic. I wonder what the private owners of the bridge wanted. This really is a bridge that someone could sell.

Or, ya know, maybe, just maybe, they're trying to secure the area from more ignorant truckers before opening up the bridge to the general public. All it takes is one to clog up the system.Binger wrote: ↑Sun Feb 13, 2022 7:37 pmLooks like Ford was successful in removing the trucks. The bridge is now blockaded by police.

Last week there was a fatal accident on the interstate, but even after the tow truck took away the crashed cars the cops blocked traffic until all the debris had been cleared. Following your logic, they weren't there about an accident at all.
https://www.upi.com/Top_News/World-News ... 644772610/The "Freedom Convey" protesters blocked the bridge in conjunction with a much larger protest in the Canadian capitol of Ottawa, where there have been 26 arrests made on criminal charges, including two additional arrests for public intoxication.
Cops are awesome right?
