After having his "Russian Collusion" lawsuit against Clinton, her campaign, and various government officials thrown out of court, what's a Donald to do? If you guessed "file an even more ludicrous lawsuit," you win. Donald has now sued the Pulitzer Association and its individual members for awarding prizes to the NYT and the WP for their reporting. The single cause of action is titled "Defamation by Implication." Why not sue the Times or the Post? Well, they're big organizations with lots of money to hire top quality lawyers. The Pulitzer Association is just a group of individuals.
Maybe we should start a pool on the amount of sanctions that will be awarded?

Wonder if Trump has found another Florida judge who will make terrible decisions?

Re: Donald's New Legal Adventure
He filed the suit in a state Court. If any of the defendants are Florida residents, there would be no federal court jurisdiction. I haven’t seen any chatter about the judges in the county where he filed.

Re: Donald's New Legal Adventure
What is the recourse if a Florida judge makes a benighted decision on behalf of Donald Trump? If a Florida jury is impaneled, it would be a chance for Trump supporters to take a stab at pointy-headed New York elites.

The state appellate court. But as an appetizer, you can follow the argument in the Lake fiasco tomorrow.
