Never had a grasshopper taco. I'll bite.

You might like it. It's not much different than eating shellfish. It was made very well. Insects are high in protein and lean. I did throw up the next day but I think I just ate too many shrimp with the tails on, along with lots of corn, cactus, etc. My stomach just couldn't handle that much. After got out of that jerky car ride I threw up I felt fine.

I keep telling my wife that we should become crickets ranchers. She just gives me that look.
