Doubting Thomas, what about putting Res Ipsa on trial for his alleged "is knows more" stuff? If Res Ipsa was on one side of the scale and you placed the complete works of Daniel C. Peterson and a duck on the other side... surely that would tell us something.

I will concede that Professor Peterson is knows more than I do about his own field of research. No need to spot him a duck.
