So if that is the case, then CO did indeed release the records to the one youtuber. CO has no law preventing this from happening as Florida has. DeSantis signed into law what was SB404 in mid-May.

OK, that makes sense. Unless sealed, trial exhibits are part of the public record.

Did the people who received the photos from the you tubers have to specifically request them. I'm a patron member for a couple of podcasts. Every once in a while, I get a little extra reward that I didn't know was coming. These type of surprise rewards can vary depending on the membership tier -- basically, how much per month you pay.

Or did the people have to sign up and pay a fee tp specifically get the photos?

Let me try to line this up as best I can and try to leave out the trivial, and focus on the records and Patreon.

1. Zav Girl is a youtuber who has a Patreon account. She had 92K subscribers and just lost approx. 2K on account of this.

2. Natasha Cooper is the same except for the fact that YouTube terminated her from the platform and she has been ban evading ever since by putting up new channels and she claims to have many waiting in the wings for when she is yet again, kicked off the platform. This happens once a month around YouTube payday. She currently has 3 channels up. When she was terminated she lost her larger TC channel of nearly 30K subscribers. Her current TC channel is something like 1K. She has a documented history of scamming. If you can search Facebook look for Natasha Cooper scammer or scams and her history should pop right up.

3. Zav Girl apparently put in a request using that 05-01 directive. SFAIK she has the entire case file because I can see her using it on her channel leading up to the exposure of the autopsy photos.

4. Someone, a Patreon of Zav, took screen shots of the autopsy photos and passed those along with the drop box link where the files were stored to Natasha Cooper who in turn, did the same thing. Put them behind a paywall (Patreon) and according to her claim used photos that were cropped and blurred by herself. Keep that in mind.

5. When all hell broke loose, Zav Girl's Patreon went under review and her privileges were revoked. No more Patreon.

6. Likewise, Natasha Cooper's Patreon also went under review but was ultimately reinstated. I think this is because of the claim she made as to cropping and blurring the photos.

This situation has so many moving parts and far reaching tentacles it's unreal.

I want to make clear that the channels in question, and others like them, are not recognized as being part of what you might call the legitimate True Crime community on youtube and various other social media outlets. They represent the Crama community which is considered to be a mix of True Crime/Drama. These two "creators" are ones that folks refer to as tragedy pimps. People who cross the line of human decency for a buck.

A case could be made that the TCC is run by tragedy pimps however the difference between these folks and the likes of Stephanie Harlowe or Linda from It's a Crime, and many others I could name is unmistakable regarding their content. It is the difference between a well appointed room in your home and the sticky mess you might find at the bottom of your trash can.

Gannon is my child and is not an experiment nor a piece of paper or photo. He is a child. I pray that all that is involved in this heinous act will stop and no longer do this to anyone else. I will not give you any satisfaction. No one deserves this and no one wants to be in these shoes. You may say that if it happened to you, you may not change your actions! I do not wish this on anyone. I’m sure you would rethink your actions if this was indeed you or your child. The good that I take from this is that, good people still exist, and in a matter of seconds Gannons’ Army came together. I surly hope Gannon taught you all a lesson! But none of these things are crimes. They may cost you in damages, but they won't land you in jail.

So as long as your credit is bad and you make most of your money under the table, you're bulletproof against tort claims. Now that's what I call a protected class.

I posted previously a statement made by Landen Bullard, Gannon's mother. In that statement, she said this:

The good that I take from this is that, good people still exist, and in a matter of seconds Gannons’ Army came together.

Yes, it did.

So if you follow True Crime on any level, or even if you were a resident of COS where Gannon allegedly went missing and then it was discovered that he had been murdered in this town, you would have heard the phrase Gannon's Army the whole entire time from the beginning. Simply put, means supporters and advocates for the Gannon and his family.

You will be familiar with hashtags such as #Gannon's Army #Gannon Strong #G-man #Justice for Gannon and similar others.

As I said, this current incident is blowing up on youtube and other social media platforms, and made it to national news. In virtually all the comments sections you will see hundreds upon hundreds of posts asking for a federal law, Gannon's Law, to prevent this from happening ever again. We already know that Florida has a law preventing the release of such case files and photos and that Colorado does not, so of course revamping state law and then creating a law at a federal level makes all the sense in the world.

I am in the process of drafting detailed letters to my state representatives including Gov. Hickenlooper who vetoed a bill back in 2018 that would have prevented this. Theses are not the only contacts on my list.

This WILL happen. And it will happen because what was done re:case file material is simply obscene. It will happen because it is the right thing to do. And it will happen because...

Yep. ZavGirl, who is now being referred to as ZavGhoul has been doxed several times over on account of this. Have yourself a scroll down that comments section. It's the same thing on every related coverage of this incident. You'll see support for the youtubers, you'll see opposition, some conflicting accounts. None of that matters.
