Add, I never understood of the word presumption, where I was led to the word assumption. A differenrt view then entered my mind.

When I was young, I mixed up the words "implicit" and "explicit." That's a worse case, since those words are opposites. At least "assumption" and "presumption" are close in meaning.

Another pair easy to confuse are "continual" and "continuous." It's the difference between a repeating pattern on one uninterrupted thing.

Think of the difference between LDS apologetics and the Bronx Zoo.

The way I remember it is that gorilla warfare involves more princesses and Italian plumbers.

I actually didn't know or understand presumption until Spencer Kimball used it in a letter to my Hero, Stuart Udall saying blacks will get the priesthood when the Lord reveals it and not until then. The way I see it is, stay in your own lane. You are a public servant but WE are the Lords appointed. Don't write a letter to President O'kay suggestion blacks get the Priesthood which also means older black males get a say in where temples are built, what land to buy, and all other administrative decisions.
