It’s an impossibility. Who do you think is keeps the show going when Dump hits the links? Delegating tasks isn’t abdication; it’s the most fundamental part managing a a presidency.

The implication that Biden was absent or unaware, well, there’s no actual evidence showing that. Every administration relies on junior staff for groundwork and senior advisors for strategy. Trying to frame this normal delegation as scandal is desperate and stupid.
If anything, the “junior associates” doing their jobs proves the system functions as intended.

The issue is whether Biden was the one doing the delegation or was it someone else because Biden was not mentally able to. The Hurr report showed some smoke. The way Biden acted in the debate with Trump showed more smoke. Last week Neera Tanden said she had control of the autopen yet didn't see Biden that much as in Biden wasn't personally there directing her on autopen usage. That's more smoke.

Tanden’s statements describe routine administrative delegation, not evidence of a shadow presidency or cognitive unfitness. She said under oath that all procedures followed known policies. There was no health-related concealment. She operated within a clear chain of command. There’s simply no smoking gun in her words; just standard White House staffing protocols at work.
I agree Biden’s performance in the debate showed cognitive slowness, and probably some decline. How much? I dunno. I also think it was a huge mistake to run for a second term, and I thought the Democrats should’ve held a Primary. The Democrats and their internal politics suck major ass. So, if that’s any indication what I thought of Biden’s mental fitness I’ll leave it at that.

Virtually every argument is based on the way he looks. The way he walks, the way he talks, the way he walks upright, ignoring the fact that he suffers from spinal arthritis. Obviously because of polling and the fact that he screwed the pooch in the final debate. Of course, his performance in the debate in 2020 isn't even in the same ballpark of what we saw in 2024. His decline took a rapid turn for the worse which is not uncommon for people his age. We're also witnessing the same exact thing happening with Trump, who gets a pass because he has "high energy" thanks to the drugs he takes, but his word salads are almost always completely ignored by the media. I mean for "F"s sakes, if Biden had started rambling about Harlem when he was brought in to speak about Harvard, you folks would be yelling 25th Amendment nonstop for months on end.
