Trouble accessing site over wi fi network

We had a power outage yesterday, so I accessed this site using my phone. After the power was restored, I switched back on my wi- fi, but on wi-fi I can't access this site, I get a 403 error. Anyone else ever have a problem like that with a network?

If you want you can go to whatismyip.com over wifi and then send me the IP and I'll check the block list. A 403 is exactly what you'll get if it's on that list. That list hasn't been updated in a couple weeks, and it would be odd for one IP from your provider to be blocked but the previous one was okay, yet at the same time, it's still the most likely cause. If you're using a VPN that could also do it though it would be blocked by the mods at another level of the hierarchy. Over the last few months very large ranges of networks have been blocked due to bot attacks; usually these are Asia, south america, and cloud ranges but its very possible a mistake was made or we went too broad on a range.

I experienced that probably 4-6 months ago by now. It would buffer a bit and then throw the error code. I think I started a post and then bagged it. But yes, I had that happen to me as well and with no power outage involved. Good luck!
