I think of nothing short of a huge salary offer that would entice me to live in Vegas.

Vegas is:

Hot
Ugly
Gaudy
Limited access to outdoors stuff I like
Ugly
Hot
Isolated (so is Salt Lake, but we have incredible access to mountains, skiing, actual trees, etc.)

I personally do not understand its attraction, but to each their own.
