NO. I wanted too but my kids wanted to leave. Tell me in a PM too.
Thanks, Gaz! I'll have to go see it again, just so I can stay through the credits! Cool!
I'm definitely buying the DVD.
Without giving away too much for those who haven't seen it yet, I LOVED it!
If you are a "Pirates" fan, it's definitely worth seeing. Don't listen to the critics. They just don't "get it".
It's a great adventure movie. Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom are gorgeous man-candy and Keira Nightly ROCKS! She is a true swashbuckler...not you're typical "damsel in distress" heroine. It's great!
Ok, theres a part in the movie where Elizebeth gives a William Wallace style speech about banding together in the fight for freedom against the British Navy.
Now, in Braveheart this type of speech was given to rally together oppressed peaseants to stand together for freedom. Worthy cause.
In Independence Day this speech was given to rally together the people of earth to stand against an alien invasion. Worthy cause.
But banding together a group of people who rape, pillage, murder, and rob coastal towns and merchant ships to retain their right to do so? Struck me as a tad odd.

It's a matter of perspective....and the British Empire/British Economic Monopolies weren't exactly clean in the way they did things.
