Do you have a cane? That's half of his charm right there!
Nah, I usually walk around barking orders and giving witty retorts. It works really well.

I have watched the show a couple of times, my wife and two boys love it. Me, well it's OK but I just wonder how long you can find or make up so many rare disease diagnosis' and then continue to mis-diagnose and mis-diagnose show after show and keep it interesting?

Pokatator, the medical mysteries are actually the least interesting aspect of the plot line to me. I like watching the dynamics between the characters.
I watch the time and know if they've solved the mystery that it will be a wrong diagnosis if there's more than 15 minutes left. It's rather predictable. I just really, really enjoy the smart assery of Hugh.

I agree that that is the attraction. I am also a smart ass so maybe I should watch and pick up pointers or maybe I don't watch because I think I am a smarter ass than the Dr. On second thought I am sure he is better at it than I am, I have only me, I wonder how many writers he has? I guess I better start watching it.
