My thoughts are with you. I hope the best for you and your wife during this difficult time.

She was admitted around noon today (Tuesday). She is stable, but was in a lot of pain when she sat up. Before that, she was at about 2 / 10 for pain while lying down.

I think we're used to having unexpected setbacks in our marriage. This isn't the first setback we've had that has made our plans take a temporary detour.

Right now I feel like I'm realy lucky. Not only is she alive, but it looks like we'll get another chance sometime eventually--if we decide to try again anyhow. Right now we're focusing on a few other things.

We do have family in town. My brother and his wife live nearby, as does my mother-in-law. They've been a big help.

Abman,

You and your wife will be in my prayers. I'm so glad that she pulled through and is going to be OK.

Just love her and support her through this. That's all you can do.

I'm so sorry for your loss. My sister in law had a tubal pregnancy with her first, but she has five children now. ;)

Take care.

I certainly hope things are going better for your wife, now, abman. I'm sure this has been very painful for both of you. You both have my well wishes...

We were five years into our marriage before we had a kid that stuck. It took a few tries, but we finally had one after a little surgery to open up a collapsed tube.

I'm glad to hear your wifes doing well. Hopefully shes not the type who will blame herself or something. Time will heal it all pretty well, but for now you'll just need to do alot of haldholding. Pretty scary and difficult stuff.

I hope very much that things look on the "up-and-up" for you as soon as possible, ABman. I will be sending my well-wishes to you from my little spot in cyberspace.

My ex-sister-in-law had a tubal pregnancy and she said that was the worst pain she's ever felt.

I'm sorry to hear that, abman. It's never easy to lose a child, even in pregnancy. My ex had 3 miscarriages in a row, and they were all hard.

Ahhh blessing of peace and healing to you and your wife.

Experiences like this sure do make us reevaluate, ponder, and contemplate life and what is important.

My heart and thoughts go out to you both,
