You can unhook the electrical as a temporary solution by just unscrewing one side of the connection. As long as the two wires don't touch each other your fine. After unscrewing one side, stick some tape over the end.
When the stores open just go get a new one and replace it, they are fairly cheap and easy to install.
Oops... I already yanked it out of the ceiling......
I figured out how to unhook it from the ceiling (a quick yank) and it was STILL beeping -- no battery and not hooked up to the electrical. So, I took it outside and hope my neighbors won't hate me.
Now they are ALLLLL beeping!
Oh. My. God.
You are in smoke alarm HELL, Moniker!

Ookay, so they don't beep when unhooked from the electrical -- it just appeared that way since the others started to beep.
Gaz, I've opened all my windows. I'm not certain if they're CO detectors, yet, I do have other Carbon Monoxide detectors that didn't alarm.
Anyway. What a frickin' pain.
Gaz, there are actually lil electrical things sticking out of my ceilings -- so, should I call an electrician to reinstall them? Or are they rather simple to install?

They are simple, especially if you can buy the same brand again since everythings already set up for it. Depends on how confident you are.
