I dunno, Doc ... looks like Don might be correct, statistically speaking. Of course, as a percentage of the population, that might pan out differently.

Now, all we need is for Republicans to double down and deny any problem of any sort, while reminding all of us how all brown folks are disease-carrying terrorists, and that there’s a dirty horde of them on the way to invade us. It’s a shame that they just can’t be more diplomatic and inclusive.

Well, according to politifact I don't know if I can break out the chant quite yet:

A recent government report shows that from Sept. 12, 2001, to Dec. 31, 2016, there were 85 deadly attacks in the United States by violent extremists.

Most of the attacks were carried out by far-right violent extremists. But more people died during attacks connected with Islamic jihadist extremists.

Ooops! While trying to make some kind of point, you’ve become horribly confused and seemed to have forgotten the difference between ‘shot at’, and ‘shot at and killed’.

Not only that, but the number of folks killed by the single shooter in Pittsburgh, in just a few moments, is still greater than the number of folks killed by gunfire within the entire city of Chicago - with a population of about 2.5 million people - over that whole weekend.

Bonus smack down: nor were all of the gunmen in Chicago black, as you seem to want to imply, nor all of the victims black.
