All that is irrelevant. The machines functioned perfectly. There was no changing of the votes in ANY of the recounts by HUMANS checking the machines. All is legally being state certified by the Secretaries of the respective states. There just are no issues or problems to be worked through.

First of all nothing is perfect. Your belief that the machines and the poll workers who use them are is on par with those who believe in the infallibility of the pope.

There was no changing of the votes in ANY of the recounts by HUMANS checking the machines.

If that were so, the 7,000 Trump votes that showed up in Georgia on the recount would have showed up the first time the votes were counted. So no dead people voted in this election, correct? Have you ever seen districts reporting over 100% voter turnout? Just because CNN doesn't refuses to report on this doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Voter fraud does have more to do with the bias and influence of the mainstream media. Ben Shapiro pointed out that in spite of their obvious partisan stance, mainstream media is still worth 10 to 15% points in US elections.
