This idea that we want to silence certain points of view because "we can't counter them" is kind of hilarious. How does one counter a lie? By calling BS. It's pretty easy, actually.
It's not an ideology to be countered as much as a set of ludicrous exaggerations and outright lies. There's nothing to counter if your opposition is unimpressed with what's actually real.
I honestly don't find much value in speaking with someone so out of touch with the world in which they live.
