To determine the cumulative risk of spontaneous abortion from 6 to less than 20 weeks of gestation, we used life-table methods to perform an updated analysis, now reported in the Journal, involving 2456 women who received at least one dose of an mRNA Covid-19 vaccine before conception or before 20 weeks of gestation.1 The estimated risks (14.1% overall and 12.8% in age-standardized analyses) are consistent with the risks of spontaneous abortion reported in the general population.1

That's encouraging news! I'm sure that increases the odds that we can finally put this pandemic mostly behind us. Now if we could only come up with an effective vaccine against anti-science ignorance and susceptibility to irrational conspiracy theories, like QAnon.

What was that thing that Mormon parents were (once?) encouraged to say to their children? Something like "I'd rather you came back home in a coffin than had sex with anyone before you are married"?

The same thinking seems to be at work here. I could sympathise with people who genuinely believed that having a vaccination was a greater risk than remaining completely exposed to the risk of COVID-19 infection. That was simply a wrong belief about facts, and one can talk about the evidence so long as people are prepared to discuss the situation rationally and objectively.

But this lady seems to be taking the position that to get vaccinated because you wish to reduce your risk of infection and possible serious illness or death is in some way degrading. Sorry, I really don't get it. Can someone explain?
