Gabby's step father went to Wyoming on Tuesday to visit the spot where her remains were discovered. The area is surrounded by trees with beautiful golden fall leaves.

I can imagine her step-father making the trek to a place like that and having a moment, because *he loves my kids; something horrible like what happened to GP would wreck him.

That's exactly why I posted it. All of her parents loved her. All of her parents grieve for her. My guess is that step dad was the one in the position (emotional strength) to go boots on the ground and pay tribute to the girl they all loved on the family's behalf. She has a brother, I've not heard anything about him during all of this, just that she has a photo on her IG of them together.

Here is the area that I described earlier. The stone cross is sitting on the exact spot where her remains were found. She was laying on the ground, no burial. The evidence markers indicate there are bullet holes in various trees in the area of discovery. While those could be bullets from some other weapons (forensics will take care of that) it suggests that she was being shot at while running away.

This youtuber got to the scene before the step dad and left his own type of marker. Just know that the last image that you see isn't something he created for dramatic effect, it's a photo of Gabby taken here in Colorado when she visited.
Chatter: And when I say chatter, I haven't verified the claim. Brian Laundries parent's attorney said the parents went to Orlando on business today and are now on their way back home. That statement seems to be verified. There's apparently a photo (Daily Mail?? Tabloid???) that shows the parents within a mile and a half of Jose' Baez' office. I'm just throwing that on the pile.

Federal arrest warrant issued for Brian Laundrie, FBI says
The US District Court of Wyoming has issued a federal arrest warrant for Brian Laundrie, according to the FBI's Denver field office.
In a statement posted on Twitter, the FBI said the warrant was issued "pursuant to a Federal Grand Jury indictment related to Mr. Laundrie's activities following the death of Gabrielle Petito."
The warrant was issued for the "use of unauthorized devices" related to Laundrie's activities following the death of Petito.
Deeeep ca ca. Emphasis mine. I'm looking at a copy of the grand jury indictment on a youtube channel but haven't found a link to it yet.

Court documents obtained by WFLA show Laundrie was indicted for the “use of unauthorized access devices” following Petito’s death. According to the documents, Laundrie used a Capitol One Bank debit card and a personal identification number for two Capitol One Bank accounts “knowingly and with intent to defraud” between Aug. 30 and Sept. 1 in Wyoming. Using the accounts, he obtained “things of value aggregating to $1,000 or more.”
"On September 22, 2021, the U.S. District Court of Wyoming issued a federal arrest warrant for Brian Christopher Laundrie pursuant to a Federal Grand Jury indictment related to Mr. Laundrie’s activities following the death of Gabrielle Petito," the FBI's Denver office tweeted.
So...they have got her approx. time of death. They have got some of his activity following that date. They do not say who the bank cards belonged to. In any case, they've got him making transactions on two cards for which he did not have authorization. They don't say what the transactions were about. Did he simply withdraw cash? Make purchases?

Not that I suspect that anyone here would do it but if you are looking for coverage on the case, steer clear of Dr. Phil, Nancy Grace, and John Walsh.
I'm currently listening to a short video with Dr. Phil and Nancy Grace. She is outright lying on camera. I noticed some claims by John Walsh last night. He's making claims for which he has positively NO proof. The tabloid coverage has well and truly come out of the woodwork.
John Walsh, in particular, is milking this case for all it's worth $$$$$. It's disgusting.
