Doc first makes the disgusting allegation that I'm so racist that I refuse to move into neighborhoods where black people live.

I respond with two very recent photos of my wife and I enjoying a nice dinner with a dozen black neighbors.

Instead of just taking the plate of crow and swallowing it up like a good boy, Doc says this is all "just a prop."

Yes, I told my wife we needed to go out to eat with a lot of black people so we could claim not to be racists to anonymous wife beaters we come across online.

So right! You just can't win with him. If he thinks you don't associate with blacks, he accuses you of being racist. If you show that you frequently and freely associate with black friends, he accuses you of doing so only to pretend you are not a racist. His credibility with me has sunk to an all time low, as has the one time respect I used to have for him and his views

That's as stupid and unjust as the Salem witch hunters who argued that denying being a witch was proof that one was a witch, because "that's exactly what a witch would say", or concluding that claims of innocence were only further proof of guilt, because that is exactly what a criminal would claim.

Gunnar, Doc explained his technique some time ago. If he thinks some had hit him below the belt, he will pummel them until they apologize or something. Kevin referred to something in Doc’s past (which I certainly don’t give a crap about) that I would classify as below the belt. Doc shifted into irrational attack mode and will stay there until he gets bored or Kevin apologizes. You’re just caught in the crossfire. Sadly, that means political threads will be trainwrecks for a while.

Not sure I remember exactly where this started, but it sure as hell didn't start like that. It would take an awful lot for me to throw that out there so it certainly wasn't unprovoked. I wouldn't say Doc has been punching below or above the belt at me. He's just been making a despicable ass of himself by going after my wife. That's not "pummeling" me, its just proving my point about him.
